Recently, US, European and China had launched plans for understanding the brain. Although currently it is hard to map the activity and circuit of our brain, light-sheet microscopy may bring us hope. Through this way, whole-brain functional imaging at cellular resolution has been done.  Once recording of whole-brain activity at cellular resolution has been achieved, I believe some fundamentally different insights will be yielded.  Each of us has this opportunity.
